As proud members of The Civil Contractors Federation, we benefit from a number of member services. In this post, we thought we’d explore what the Civil Contractors Federation is all about and how we benefit from being a member.

What Is The Civil Contractors Federation?

The Civil Contractors Federation is

“the peak body representing Australia’s civil construction industry, supporting members’ businesses and providing a unified voice to all levels of government.”

There are branches in every state and territory in Australia and the organisation has approximately 2000 members. The primary focus of the CCF is its members, and the federation offers advice and assistance in a number of areas. These include:

  • Taxation
  • Industrial relations
  • Workplace health and safety
  • Human resources
  • Environmental compliance
  • Business tools
  • Management systems

Member Services

There are two types of memberships available – Contractor Membership and Associate Membership.

Contractor Membership – Civil contracting companies of all sizes can apply for this type of membership.

Associate Membership – This membership is open to those who supply the civil construction industry with material, products, equipment, fuel and professional services.

CCF members benefit from access to relevant subsidised training, legal and WHS advice and working groups and committees. Learn more about the full range of CCF member benefits.
